These Terms and Conditions apply only to individuals who are of legal age under Bangladesh law and are using this platform of their own free will. Use of vet visa by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in violation of this rule will be suspended immediately. We are committed to ensuring responsible gaming.

You are fully accountable for all activity carried out on your account, even if it occurs without your authorisation. If you forget your password or suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.
To change the mobile number or email address provided at registration, identity verification must be completed. vet visa will never ask for your password or full card number via email or message — treat any such communication as phishing and report it to us immediately. Keeping your account secure is essential for both your protection and ours.
All users of the vet visa platform are expected to use the service honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with the law. Any form of fraud, deception, bot usage, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or any attempt to harm the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account in question may be permanently closed and legal action may be taken.
Promotions and bonuses may only be used for the purpose for which they were issued. Bonus abuse, claiming benefits through multiple accounts, or attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements may result in account closure and forfeiture of the associated bonus. All financial transactions on the vet visa platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via popular Bangladeshi mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are clearly stated on the relevant payment page.
Deposits and withdrawals may only be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third party's account or another person's payment method is strictly prohibited, and any such transaction detected may result in withdrawals being held until account verification is completed. Upon account closure, any relevant balance will be returned after the required verification is completed; however, we reserve the right to forfeit balances in cases of fraud. Users may also submit a voluntary account closure request at any time.
If you wish to dispute a suspended or closed account, contact the support team and provide the necessary documentation. Each case will be reviewed individually and a decision will be communicated. Self-exclusion requests made under Responsible Gaming will be actioned on a priority basis.

User rights and our obligations are governed in all respects by Bangladesh's consumer protection laws and relevant regulations.
